We like to recommend as a start, to use the red and infrared setting often. It penetrates the deepest for a wonderful boost with collagen improvement and overall anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. But do this while using the other colors based on your skin concerns- make sure to layer them in as needed! Doing this can serve as a targeted, personal and comprehensive plan. (For example: green helps hyperpigmentation and evens the skin tone. Cyan can help pores, broken capillaries, soothes and improves texture. Etc!)
Never use more than 20-minutes a day. All that is needed for results is 10-minutes a day, 3 to 5 days a week.
