FREE SHIPPING TO OUR CUSTOMERS
At LIT BEAUTY, we believe in providing the best service to our customers. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders. We understand that shipping costs can add up and it can be frustrating for customers to have to pay extra fees. That's why we've made it our mission to provide free shipping as a way to show our appreciation for choosing us.

Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your ordered is delivered as soon as possible. Your Lit Beauty package will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. If you notice you filled out your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately at glow@litbeautyclub.com so we can try resolve the issue before the item is shipped. 

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed before shipment. Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY
We ship from both our USA and overseas locations, so we can't ensure precise delivery times. Orders may ship from either location, but we'll dispatch your product promptly based on availability and your location.

STANDARD USA SHIPPING
Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days from shipment (after processing). Please be aware that some orders or items will ship from the USA, while others will ship from our overseas warehouse to the USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE
Delivery to a USA address from our International warehouse is expected in 11-25 business days (after processing). Please note that some orders or items will ship from our International location.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Delays imposed by the shipping carriers are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in any events out of our control.
